The Mezzo & mezzo restaurant, specialized in Italian and Mediterranean food, prepares its pasta "in situ". Room service includes an excellent offer of Italian and international dishes that you can enjoy without leaving your room. As for the organisation of banquets, the Holiday Inn Valencia offers a prestigious service: its modern decoration and elaborate menus make it an ideal place for weddings and banquets. The establishment features banquet halls for up to 200 guests. Included with these ceremonies is a menu trial for six people, detailed menus printed for each guest, floral center pieces, bridal suite, a luxury car for the couple, three free parking spaces, a 20 minutes during cocktail, wine champagne and liquors. If you feel like having a refreshment or a drink at lunchtime or in the afternoon, the Baraonda Bar on the ground floor of the hotel, equipped with 40" plasma TV, is an alternative to the suggestive terrace roof, where the Zenit Bar also offers a drink next to the swimming pool, in the highest summer bar of Valencia.
